GENERAL SUMMARY The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for packing products for shipping to customers, as well as assisting in the Receiving/Inventory Department with incoming shipments and other tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Computer knowledge to process outgoing and incoming shipments.
Perform all duties of Receiving Clerk job description.
Perform all duties of Shipping Clerk job description.
Attention to detail and organization.
Good communication across different departments within the organization.
Operate forklift, including the Raymond.
Ability to lift 30-40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift, and possibly up to 70 lbs with assistance.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to follow instructions on inspection of incoming shipments.
Good Attendance.
Assist with warehouse tidiness and organization.
Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Ability to pick & pack customer orders.
Operates manual and electric pallet jack.
Must be able to identify colors.

) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen.
The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers, reach with arms and hands, stand, sit and walk.
The employee must have the manual ability and dexterity to use tools for prolonged periods of time, the cognitive, intellectual, and mental functions necessary to handle more than one complex task at a time.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to seventy (70) pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Prolonged periods standing or sitting at a workstation and working on a computer.
Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment can vary.
This position is subject to varying and unpredictable situations; may handle emergency or crisis situations; is subject to many interruptions; may handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously; and may occasionally handle absentee replacement on short notice.

Ability to lift upwards of 70 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
